packages due to the new python-bugzilla and bugzilla.redhat.com server not being able to handle getcomponentsdetails() for all Fedora packages

We discussed what is being raised -- the errors are being saved in a variable and then emailed to the addresses configured in the config file. In particular, this spams us with notice of every packager who has a Fedora Account System email address that does not exist in bugzilla. |

fix the script that syncs pkgdb information into bugzilla to work with the latest python-bugzilla. est against both production and partner-bugzilla.
