@philbrookes I think we should look at refactoring negotiator to be compliant with the OpenService Broker API
https://github.com/openservicebrokerapi/servicebroker/blob/master/spec.md
That way negotiator could be used as a service broker within Kubernetes (which is essentially what it is)
