this is not yet finished, feelpp has not been compiled on jammy completely neither been tested |

@vincentchabannes I discovered a lot of issues thanks to porting on 22.04. 22.04 compiles faster than both 20.04 and bullseye in a reproductive manner (it reaches ctest several minutes before the other two) |
