this is not yet finished, feelpp has not been compiled on jammy completely neither been tested

@vincentchabannes I discovered a lot of issues thanks to porting on 22.04.
ubuntu:22.04 and debian:11 are now part of buildkite, it helps find some issues that 20.04 doesn't see

22.04 compiles faster than both 20.04 and bullseye in a reproductive manner (it reaches ctest several minutes before the other two)
