The network rail can connect to a computer cart if it is placed on a network rail controller.

The controller works like a normal cable but the top side can only connect to network rails. It can relay network messages from and to the cart and charge the internal battery of the cart.

Modes:

Messages + Power : Relay network messages and charge the cart.
Messages : Relay network messages.
Power : Charge the cart.
None : Does nothing.

You can also set a camo block for the top texture of the block.
