Add install make task

Add a make task for homebrew to install felix.

Add version to compiled binary

felix version will now output the correct release tag.

Support local templates

Add support for creating a new project from the local directory. Felix will check if --template is a local directory. If it is not a directory, Felix will treat it like a git url and attempt to download it.
