在 accelerated-domains.china.conf 的第 11816 行和第 35250 行有以下内容：

# L11816
server=/cn/114.114.114.114

# L35250
server=/top/114.114.114.114

请问这两行有什么意义呢？
是把所有 .cn 和 .top 结尾的域名全部由 114.114.114.114 DNS 处理吗？

对。这两个顶级域名的 NS 服务器已经在大陆了。
