使用GCDwebserver缓存m3u8文件
测试方法：点击屏幕空白处就会自动播放视频，注意，不要点多次！缓存文件在沙盒内。 这个有bug，真机上面会卡死。 新建了个不是边下边播而是用户手动点击下载的demo https://github.com/fq050766/AVPlayerCacheDemo 欢迎大家指教
