I've taken this opportunity to rename the wit directories to reflect the WASI snapshots they correspond to. Note that the Rust and Go SDKs continue to target the 2023-10-18 snapshot for compatibility. Likewise, `spin-world`. `spin-trigger-http`, however, can handle components targeting either 2023-10-18, 2023-11-10, or the final 0.2.0 release of WASI.
