What does this PR do?

Adds integrations for polygon swaps on the cleint side.
Adds integrations for ethereum swaps on the client side.
Adds integrations for polygon withdrawal on the client side.
Adds integrations for ethereum withdrawal on the client side.
Adds custom backend url for client side testing.
Updates readme.
