Add Process Explorer to start menu. You can easily add more items to add to start this way. I am not 100% sure that `Start Menu\Programs\` will always translate to the correct locale, but since Windows changes languages on the fly (since 8 at least) I'm getting the feeling that `Start Menyen\Programmer` is secretly hardwired to `Start Menu\Programs\`.
