Download the sql file wtdummydatabase.sql from the WT Project drive

Start up XAMPP and open phpMyAdmin (self explanatory)

Create a new database named wtdummydatabase

Click on your database and then on the import tab

Choose the wtdummydatabase.sql in your files, leave the other options untouched and then click on import at the bottom
If everything went right you should now have the database on your local device! If there are any questions contact Hoang.
