building

1. Install Node.js
2. Install image magick with brew install imagemagick - required by grunt-image-resize
3. Run npm install bower grunt-cli node-static -g
4. Run npm install && bower install
5. Run grunt - build any changes at once
6. Run static dist - launch demo site
7. Vist the demo site at http://localhost:8080
8. Install liveReload to watch changes at real-time
