Neste sistema, atualmente, temos apenas um papel, o admin:

Que pode logar, aprovar, desabilitar e deletar qualquer site.

Poderia criar mais um Gate chamado atendente que tem terá apenas a permissão de logar em todos os sites e de responder aos chamados?
