O ambiente de produção está com o bug

A configuração do container do PostgreSQL foi feita mas o mesmo não está conseguindo reconhecer o usuário do Dr. Down, quando é feito o login direto no container o problema não se repete, já foram feitas algumas tentativas de correção com replicar a senha no usuário em todos os DBs do Container, foi feita a recriação do container mas ainda sem sucesso.
