This are the changes made to the ROM during 2015 All the changes made by RR can be seen on #RR changelog
Some changes of BHB27 Kernel are in the ROM but very little as I keep the RR kernel as close to CM-stock kernel BHB27 Kernel changelog if you wanna a improve experience and more control try that kernel.

- RR developers are not updating the 5.1.1 source because they are focus only on android M source, but today the source is 100% update as I did all the updates possible to 5.1.1 source manually.

Was advice on the thread to add this lines on XT1254 in the build.prop to better LTE signal I can't test this as I don't have a XT1254 if I put this on build.prop will cause bugs to XT1225 So is necessary to do it manually by the user. ro.telephony.default_network=10 telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=1

- December Changes:
- Fix Set Minimum, Default and Maximum Brightness level enabling the minimum possible brightness value

- Low Brightness at boot (boot logo and boot animation), using now 1/4 of max value, the device uses max Brightness possible at boot really necessary, as this generates a lot of heat and power draw.* improve led blink on and off default time (1 on 9 off)in seconds.

- Set selinux to permissive, to prevent selinux blocking features like voLTE, Bluetooth and others. Selinux can be change via kernel auditor plugin There is the chance that the ROM will force set selinux to enforcing, so if have problems or bugs check that and try to change to permissive.
- "Dark mode" enable the lowest brightness level supported. I really like this feature, long time wanna to implemented...
- Add necessary support to VVM to work, (Verizon only) Experimental XT1254 user please report.
- keep porting VoLTE from Verizon ROM, if it didn't before, it must work now!, (Verizon only) Experimental XT1254 user please report.
- Bluetooth updates. I don't have Bluetooth devices that don't work, but user's report that some device don't so I change a few things, User that had Bluetooth bugs please report...
- MMS improves, included a build.prop tag to solve MMS/data problem, I never use MMS, User that had MMS bugs please report...
- Enable dex-preoptimization to speed up first boot sequence, really fast boot after install now!

- Add experimental support for VoLTE and VT (Mobile network/Enhanced 4G LTE Mode) 1* this will only work if the carrier provides the features, 2* this is experimental and may be depending on other features that I have not fully ported. So VoLTE may not work but in the future will. Users please report.
