Automate setup for sudoers "installation"

Thanks to @jefmathiot we now have this. Since it is less insecure than the sudo wrapper script, it will be awesome if we can automate that process with a custom command (ex: vagrant lxc sudoers-install)

@fgrehm I may write this command if you want. How do you perform sanity checks / tests : manually or with some form of test harness ?
