Added for hidapi usage of libusb for linux #132

Fixes #
Hidapi supports only Mac OS and Windows and for Linux should be used libusb. With small changes this can encapsulate the usage of two libraries for more convenient usage.
Changes:

  • hardware-wallet-go/usb/lowlevel/hidapi
