Morphology Timecourse Analysis

Python script to analyse morphological dynamics of arbors. It was developed to be used following dendritic reconstructions (performed in MATLAB Dynamo and exported to .csv).

Installation

Run git clone https://github.com/fieryzarzar/morphology_timecourse_analysis in terminal or anaconda prompt.

How to run

Change line 13 to your folder directory with .csv exports from MATLAB Dynamo. Run python main.py from anaconda prompt.
