I'm sitting on this PR because I can't seem to get NPM to actually do anything about this peer dependency, at least not locally. |

Haven't been able to work on this, and it doesn't work-as is, so no point in keeping the PR open. |

Some users are installing the ESLint plugin with out also adding
@figma/plugin-typingsto their project, which will just be confusing. This change adds@figma/plugin-typingsas a peer dependency, which should provide a better error message for users in that situation.
