I'm trying to use BoneJ in Miji and so I need to download the JAVA3D libraries (or install them at least). However, every time I try I run into the following problem:
java.lang.Exception: C:\Users\Avik\AppData\Local\Temp\j3d-1_5_2-windows-amd64.zip is not a valid zip file.
Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Are you using the Java-8 version of Fiji, available for download from https://fiji.sc/#download ? This should not prompt to install Java 3D manually. If it does, that's a bug.
