Fiji does not operate correctly with the images .r3d and .ome #181

Hello,
after the new actualizations and updates, the Fiji program does not operate correctly with the images .r3d and .ome even if before it was completely OK. Moreover, the macros used as the additions to the Fiji on this platform are not working correctly after these updates. Concretely, the macros are dealing with segmentation of the images and colocalization analysis.

@Michal-IMG It would be very helpful to know which version is working, and which version is not.

  • Did you try a fresh download of Fiji?
  • If a fresh download of Fiji does not work, please then try deleting the files jars/bio-formats/formats-common*.jar and jars/bio-formats/mdbtools-java*.jar, and see if it works then.
