Bumps [vue](https://github.com/vuejs/vue) and [vue-template-compiler](https://github.com/vuejs/vue). These dependencies needed to be updated together. Let's improve this plugin creating a "wizard" when the user doesn't have a pre-created website. That wizard must ask the user for the website's name, the base url and the other configurations specified in Hugo's website as the theme the user wants.
This way, there's no need to exist a bootstrap theme (check #44).
