Removed the likely discontinued node based on discussion in https://filecoinproject.slack.com/archives/C039RBG3RPC/p1715255422205499

The owner did not reply according to @Fatman13 and the node is unreachable (https://probelab.io/bootstrappers/filecoin) since at least beginning of May.
