Change the prefix from `deps(deps-dev):` to `deps(dev)` for development-only dependencies. Signed-off-by: Miroslav Bajtoš <saturn@bajtos.net>
Add a GHA workflow to auto-merge dependabot pull requests after necessary requirements are met: the PR is approved, required CI checks passed, and so on - as configured in branch protection rules. Signed-off-by: Miroslav Bajtoš <saturn@bajtos.net>
