If the Sidebar is closed entirely, we can lock it into the Minimal mode regardless of break points, and the toggle to display it can be visible in the address bar all the time.

@yaira2 How, do you think, is this gonna be achieved? I've been thinking about adding a setting to minimalize to a toggle button on the tabbar.
