chore: update sbt-microsites to 1.3.4

Motivation:
Documentation update failed as 1.2.1 requires tut which is archived and unmaintained (binaries are unavailable).

Modification:

  • Update version to 1.3.4
  • Remove deprecated micrositeCompilingDocsTool (mdoc is default since 1.3)

Result:
No more failure while download dependencies on docs / update

chore: remove bintray resolver on plugins

Motivation:
bintray have been shutdown
