How can we encourage new people to join the SIG?
Badge?
Tools for people to distribute?

I think the answer might be micro messaging. Different message based on whom we talk to - a person who is an ally for some cause might need a different message than a person themselves affected.

Hi Team - I think we should look toward baseline engagement from member firms and get their perspective on how to best engage their communities.

I also think working on articulation of value proposition against each of our activities in very simple terms(what is in it for me as a volunteer, what is in it for the broader community) would be helpful in drumming up excitement around the opportunities we're organizing.

Totally agree @sergiobettencourt.
Does anyone know how we get hold of the details of who has signed up to the DEI SIG from our members?

Can we leverage the FINOS distribution lists and put out CTAs for this?

Where can we find the details for the distribution lists? IF anyone can point me in the right direction I'm happy to look in to this
