Updated goals and added FAQ

We (the core team) propose a re-wording of the goal as follows:

Our goal is to mutually develop a governance framework that manages the on-boarding, development of, and running AI-based solutions within financial services organisations - allowing us all to unlock the potential of this disruptive technology in a safe, trustworthy and compliant way

This represents a relatively minor amendment to the existing goal, adding “safe and trustworthy“ alongside compliant in acknowledgement of the concerns most often expressed in this context.

It should be noted that the wording of the goal is intended to prioritise activity, but not exclude. In other words, we are prioritising the development of a governance framework, but that doesn’t mean to say we aren’t going to develop other materials (guidance, body of knowledge, etc)
