Bump braces and rollup-plugin-typescript2 in /packages/geofire

Removes [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [rollup-plugin-typescript2](https://github.com/ezolenko/rollup-plugin-typescript2). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `braces`

Updates `rollup-plugin-typescript2` from 0.19.3 to 0.36.0
