Firecamp Echo Server development has been started with this PR. It'll offer echo APIs for rest, graphql, and realtime requests. The echo server will play the role of a single source of truth for any APIs to be tested out in Firecamp. All services, tests, and integrations will follow and be compatible with this Firecamp echo server.
