Refreshing debugger loses breakpoint state #68

Steps:

  1. select a source
  2. add breakpoints
  3. refresh
  4. select the same source

What happens:

The breakpoints are neither shown in the editor or breakpoint list

from meeting: this is the desired behavior, when the debugger detaches it removes breakpoints. just like the FF debugger closing.
