As in the subject stated, I think it might be a good Idea to open the Shipping CMS page in a blank or PopUp window (compare to Terms & Conditions MageSetup shows in the Checkout Process).

Goal should be to keep the user on the product page but just show additional shipping cost info.

@riconeitzel Unfortunately not, moved along a long time ago after my projects finished - as you know 3 years are eons in software development 😅

But I still think this is would be an improvement to the UX.
