Add netlify for PR preview

We already discussed it internally, but opening an issue to keep track of this.

The idea is to use a free or basic netlify plan. A member of the Firo organization needs to sign up and set things up, or a basic plan can be bought and anybody can be added as a member and manage the tool.

Yes, but it's not strictly necessary.

I was thinking of using Github Actions + Github Pages of doing a preview of the site per each individual PR, but the exact method still escapes me at the moment.

I looked into that some time ago, but couldn't find a solution that satisfied me, so i went with netlify. Things might have changed now tho. Still, for its easy of use i would still suggest netlify,
