This Pull Request makes the following changes to the Polish translation:

  • Replaces all occurrences of the git checkout -b command with git switch -c to conform to the newer convention.
  • Corrects instructions on where to add your name in the Contributors.md file to be consistent with the English version of README.md.
  • Adds the -u option to the git push origin command to conform to English version.
