Description

Add completions for Asciidoctor, cmark and Sphinx.

Fixes issue #

TODOs:

  • Changes to fish usage are reflected in user documentation/manpages.
  • Tests have been added for regressions fixed
  • User-visible changes noted in CHANGELOG.md
