[WIP] bee 1.10.0

I don't know why but it does not work... I have this:

$ gofish install --log-level 9001 bee
==> Installing bee...
Error: chmod /usr/local/Fish/Barrel/bee/1.10.0/bee_1.10.0_linux_amd64/bee: no such file or directory

Tested in an Ubuntu and a Fedora containers, it works. But not on my Fedora system...

Doesn't seem to work for me as well. It's possible that GoFish may not be properly unpacking the zipfile as that's been a pain in the past. It might be worth looking into unzip and try to write some unit tests around that function using bee's zipfile.

I've opened fishworks/gofish#129 to track the bug.
