Migrate DB to the new London Cloudant DB

I have created a new instance of Cloudant in the London region which should improve Read speeds. I'll send @BenVardy the new credentials but I'll see if I can transfer the data from the old Cloudant to the new one.

@ajdaniel I've got a js script that I wrote to create copies of the db to test on that should also work for migrating the data to the new db.
