Calendar installation

To run this application you need to be familiar with MySQL and Cakephp. If you are not, please visit the following sites.

http://cakephp.org/
http://www.mysql.com/

To install this application you need to run the calendar.sql file to populate the tables for the calendar and modify the database config file, found in app / config / database.php to the proper credentials and database.

At this point, assuming your system is configured correctly for cakephp, the application should be running with a predefined user "Adminstrator" with the password "password". Please immediatly log in and change those.

For a list of features this calendar supports, please visit the following page at:

Any other concerns, please contact me at amolive@fiu.edu
