ByteBuffer RockerOutput/Factory?

In addition to existing RockerOutputFactory, will be great to have one backed by a ByteBuffer.

Hey Edgar, https://github.com/fizzed/rocker/blob/master/rocker-runtime/src/main/java/com/fizzed/rocker/runtime/ArrayOfByteArraysOutput.java#L107 I had started work on simply using the ArrayOfByteArrays output to mimic a ReadableByteChannel. I still think that or something similar may be the most efficient way. If you wanted to take a stab at it, happy to help review / brainstorm with ya.
