Description
We want to upgrade core CKAN to the latest version 2.10.0
This PR will collect all the changes necessary in caknext-spectrum in order to make the upgrade. Requesting that other developers working on this open PRs against the
SPC-108-upgrade-ckanbranch and we'll squash and merge them into this branch, before squashing and merging the whole thing into the master branch.Dependency Changes
No dependancy changes known (as yet) for ckanext-spectrum. Significant dependancy changes have been recorded though for the new CKAN version in the parent repository: https://github.com/fjelltopp/spectrum-ckan
Testing
Testing will need extensive updating. Record changes here.
