save main window size in xml

Would it be possible to save the window size & arrangement in the Save
Project XML?  At the moment, it just saves the tool arrangement & data
selections, and uses the same overall frame size for the toolkit.  My
request is probably unique, as I always want it to be 1280x768 for my
movies... so this may not qualify as a bug - or even an enhancement if I'm
the only one who wants it.

Note: the current behavior is "window maximized"
