This widget provides an easy way to display content on top of the other widgets. This can be useful for notifications, context menus, and similar overlays; the
dropdownwidget uses the same concept for displaying its list of items when it is open.Besides being useful in and of itself, this widget and the upcoming
colorPopupwill be used as a reference during the planned documentation improvements.
