This repository contains te code used in "A Data Augmentation Scheme for Geometric Deep Learning in Personalised BCIs"
The file that implements the data augmentation is the graph_emd_augmentation.m All the arguments are well documented within the code.
Since the exemplar augemented dataset is larger that the github's limit it is provided separarely upon request.
