Minor changes to .gitignore and LICENSE files. (#642)

Details:
- Macs create .DS_Store files in every directory visited. Updated
  .gitignore file so these files won't be reported as untracked by
  'git status'.
- Added Oracle Corporation to the LICENSE file.
- Updated UT copyright on behalf of SHPC.
