Fixed in flarum/mentions#65

As part of flarum/issue-archive#254 usernames needed to be decoupled from mentions for greater flexibility.

The format of mentions was changed from:

  • @Username to @"Display Name"#ID for user mentions.
  • @Username#ID to @"Display Name"#pID for post mentions.
