默认测试的时候出现metrics_agent.go:40: E! input: oracle not supported

oracle 采集插件只能运行在 64 位 linux，如果想采集 windows 上面的 oracle，也需要把 categraf 部署到 linux 上，然后远程连接 windows 上的 oracle 采集
