Small improvement and removed unecessary Javascript

With #142 squashed I have some more improvements and cleaned up the code from @bhuveshsharma09 a bit. I specifically tested example_2.py and that looks good to me.

• Removed loading of unnecessary Javascript files, @bhuveshsharma09 can you comment on why deck.gl was included? Your example looks fine without it
• Made KMLayer conditional on the configuration
• Fixed some indentation
