Prepare to move away from Electron #64

It was announced Teams is moving away from Electron to Edge Webview2. However, Edge Webview2 does not support Linux yet so until then Linux Teams builds will remain on Electron.

Hopefully this will solve long standing issues with PipeWire and Wayland support, since Teams will hopefully be using a recent Chromium version.
