Thanks 👍 I was looking for this. Can you also add the scipy module too? Its the part of the core libraries for other packages but not for flatpak.

what is scipy used for on FreeCAD? Is it installable through pip? If it's only for addon use IMO it makes more sense to declare as a dependency in your addon and the addon manager should take care of installing it when you install the addon (now that pip is included)

also please file new issues for unrelated problems instead of piggybakcing on the merged PR that is even unrelated.
