Update to 19.08 runtime and head of shared-modules

No further adjustments seem necessary – the game builds and runs fine.

Fixes #3.

I expect that the resulting rebuild will also fix #4.

Note that this is not merely a runtime update – it (as a result of being rebuilt) fixes the app not being installable with modern versions of Flatpak.
